Flowers The beautiful flower display created by Lizzie Steele is expressive of the happy time we had together at our Harvest Festival Service on Sunday October 2nd. We managed to fit 36 people into our small chapel and it resulted in some lusty singing led by Jeannie Hincks on the organ. Cécile preached a sermon of her usual high quality.

Afterwards we all shared a meal which was designed to be typically British and to which everybody contributed in some way. The menu was Shepherd's Pie, Cheddar Cheese and Apple Pie with Custard. We raised 300 euros for Médicin Sans Frotières and gave gifts of food to the British Association to distribute to those in need.
The other photo is of a lectern fall worked and given to us by Sheila Glick. It has much enhanced our chapel and been greatly admired since Sheila gave it to us earlier this Year.

The services for October and November will be as usual on the first and third Sundays and the fourth Thursday of the month
